It's my favorite food item, and I tried it in Honolulu, San Francisco, Charlotte, Vegas, Portland and Seattle, and I can say this is probably my favorite. The broth is tasteful, without being salty, and noodles are a perfect consistency. I order extra eggs and other toppings because they are all taken care of. Very recommended.

We had soft shell crab, pad thai with tofu, and Singapore noodles with chicken. The tofu was fried too long so it had a hollow spot on the middle of each piece and was a little tough to chew, but lets be honest. Tofu can bechallenging. All in all everything else tasted great. We were a little bummed they took the sushi options off the menu though.

It's my favorite food item, and I've tried it in Honolulu, San Francisco, Charlotte, Vegas, Portland, and Seattle, and I can say this is probably my favorite. The broth is flavorful without being salty, andnoodles are a perfect consistency. I order extra eggs, and other toppings, because they are all made with care. Highlyrecommended.
