Description

This restaurant offers a variety of delicious options such as tavern-style pizza, waffle fries, and Polish beers. However, there seems to be inconsistency in the quality of food and service, with some patrons experiencing spotty service and delays in receiving their orders. On the other hand, many customers praise the quick service, friendly staff, and delicious food, especially the pizza. The outdoor patio is a great spot during the summer months, and the prices are reasonable for the South Loop area. Overall, this restaurant seems to be a gem for those looking for a tasty meal in a friendly atmosphere.

I wish I could dine at Flo & Santos every day. Every item on their menu is fantastic—literally every single one. I love trying their rotating pasta options, and my fiancé is absolutely obsessed with their meatballs. When I used to live just across the street, I went through a phase of ordering from them almost every other day—it’s seriously addictive.

Amazing spot for pizza, and their specialty pork wings are out of this world! If you visit, you absolutely have to try them—you’ll want to come back for more, no doubt. I’ll be returning any day!

I sampled the beer, a few appetizers, and a pizza during my visit. The pizza was definitely my highlight. We decided to try something unique and ordered the Flo's Polish Polish kielbasa, sauerkraut, and applewood smoked bacon. It was fantastic and even tasted great cold the next morning. The bartender recommended a beer that was excellent, and I’ll be on the lookout for it in Arizona. Thank you!

This is a fantastic place for food and drinks! The pizza is incredible, featuring a thin crust that’s perfect if you're not in the mood for deep dish while in Chicago. The staff are friendly, service is prompt, and the restaurant is well-kept. I truly have no complaints about this place—it's definitely worth a visit if you're nearby!

The outdoor patio is truly outstanding, offering plenty of seating and a family-friendly atmosphere. We ordered the gluten-free pizza crust, which was wonderfully crispy and delicious—it's hard to come by such a quality option!
