Possibly the best mussels I’ve had. My friend who’s somewhat of a mussels connoisseur haha, said she ranked it top 5 for herself. I almost wanted to lick the plate. You can ask for more bread for free. The truffle fries was good. The carrot cakemoist and not overly sweet and the cream cheese was perfect.
The food, atmosphere, and service here are excellent. Tonight, we had the classic and saffron chorizo mussels. The classic ones were our favorite, while the saffron mussels had great flavor and aren't spicy, just so you know.
I had a truly delightful meal at Fisk Co. The service was excellent, and the ambiance of the restaurant strikes a perfect balance between warmth and sophistication. Fisk truly excels in seafood, and our top picks were the classic mussels and clam chowder. My only complaint is that we didn't receive enough bread to soak up the delicious mussel broth.
My business partner and I opted for a quick celebratory lunch at Fisk Co, and it turned out to be the perfect choice. We arrived right as the restaurant opened, and initially, I had some reservations due to a less-than-warm welcome. However, once we were seated, the service quickly improved. Our waiter was attentive and made us feel genuinely welcomed. Although we only tried the shrimp cocktail and mussels, I'm definitely looking forward to returning to explore more of their menu offerings.
Great place for mussels and casual seafood. A server on 7/29/23 told us Fisk is closing in several weeks as a Korean company is buying out the hotel and restaurant. Word has it the restaurant will be converted to a Korean BBQ place. Sad to see another great restaurant close. Enjoy it while you can.
