Sitting with a few friends and enjoying our experience. The food was great (highly recommend the Margarita Pizza). Ahmed, our waiter, was an absolute superhero. His service was Top Notch and he was very generous. Overall we had a great time! Would definitely go back. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Firelake Grill House And Cocktail:
I took a customer here for dinner. When the food came out I was embarrassed. Bone marrow was awful and smelled so bad we asked them to take it away. Pork Belly was dried out like it had been sitting under a lamp for hours. Salmon was so over salted only ate half of it. Filet was ok but cooked well done when ordered medium. Vegetables were drown in oil and salt. Go to a hotdog stand you will be much happier. View all feedback.
I ordered a veggie burger, and it was tasty. The fries were delightful as well. However, it was quite noisy due to the crowd watching the World Series at the bar. The waitress was friendly, but it seemed like we had to wait a while for her to bring the check.
The food was quite delicious! I had the roasted corn salad, while my boyfriend ordered three sliders, and we shared a flatbread. The drinks were enjoyable and there’s really nothing to complain about there. However, our server wasn't very attentive; they didn’t refill our water or check in on us. That aspect was disappointing, but overall, everything else was fine.
**Pros:** During my stay, the staff were fantastic—always friendly and seemed genuinely happy to be there. Their positive attitude really made a difference. **Cons:** The food was just average, and there were charges I wasn’t aware of, particularly for the breakfast buffet. I was traveling with friends and, being young and on a tight budget, we assumed breakfast was included, as is the case in most places. While I acknowledge we probably should have checked, it was surprising that there was no indication anywhere that the breakfast buffet cost $28 per person, especially since it was comparable to a typical mid-tier Marriott breakfast. To make matters worse, I noticed a discrepancy in my bill where I was charged $6 more than my friends with whom I shared the meal, and that wasn't even a tip. Please make it clear to guests that breakfast isn't complimentary.
It is a nice place for breakfast, brunch or dinner. I like the design of this place and Diego is making a delicious food . Yam! I would like to say Thank you for warm welcome to Tomas the supervisor of the restaurant. I have to admit that he is doing agreat job!
The service was outstanding, and the restaurant had a nice, quiet atmosphere, making it easy to hold a conversation. I enjoyed my chicken pot pie, although it would have been better in a larger bowl, as it overflowed each time I sliced into the crust. My wife found the fish and chips to be average and regretted not ordering the chicken pot pie instead.
