We went to Filini on Christmas Day and had their holiday Prix Fixe dinner, which consisted of smoky chestnut soup, blood orange goat cheese salad, choice of 3 entrees (turkey, ham or prime rib) with family style sides and apple/cherry tart dessert. The service was okay. Fairly slow, but friendly. The food was where it was disappointing. I took business guests for dinner and everyone was underwhelmed. The gnocchi was hard. The salmon dry. The porkchop was ok, but the polenta it was with was bland. Not a place I'd return to. View all feedback.

We have been here several times and different times of day. Whenever we are at the host stand, no matter what time it is, we always end up waiting super long to have someone greet us. Typically we want a table which requires a host to seat you. Our server those was excellent and the food was good.
I have been going to this restaurant since 2011, but I don't plan to go back in the future based on my most recent experience. The service was TERRIBLE. The waiter did not come back to our table after giving us our iced teas until I flagged him down 45 minutes after we ordered to inquire about the status of getting our food. We had only ordered entrees. Although the restaurant was quite busy, I saw other tables seated after us order, eat, and leave before we got our food. Once we finally got our food (an hour after ordering), it was fine, but it was certainly not worth the wait. The waiter only took 15% off the bill for our trouble. He also did not bring drink refills after being asked. No manager ever stopped over to us, and no one else ever asked us anything. Again, I will not be back.
Beautiful restaurant with great ambiance. Unfortunately, server must have been new. She was nice but clearly had not been trained at all, almost as if she had been in another position and then they needed a server. Only saving grace was another server came to the rescue to salvage our experience (barely) before we walked out. The food was not good either. If they can improve the service and the food, this place could be something as the room itself was really nice. Too bad.
Had a reservation for 7:30 pm on a Friday but didn’t need it. Lots of open tables. Thought I might have made a mistake, but food was quite good and wait staff was excellent.
