It is wond... read more When we heard that Everest was closing New Year's Eve, we had to return. It was not disappointing. As usual, the food was superior, as was the staff. It is wonderful to splurge once in a while. This restaurant will be missed.

We have had the pleasure of dining here twice, and both experiences were absolutely fantastic. The service was impeccable, the wine selection was excellent, the cocktails were superb, and the food? Ooh La La! After our meal, we had the opportunity to meet and chat with Chef Jean Joho, and we passed along greetings from Paul Haeberlin in Illhaeusern, France. The view from up high is breathtaking, particularly looking west, although the tables by the windows seem to be in high demand and booked well in advance. The staff was friendly and attentive, and they were incredibly down-to-earth when we asked about the dent in one of our spoons. We celebrated our anniversary here and truly enjoyed the meal, appreciating the variety of dishes without overwhelming portion sizes. The traditional touches, such as amuse bouche and sorbet before dessert, added to the charm. I adore this style of classic French cuisine and hope it continues to thrive.
