Such a superior and luxurious class of dining. The venue is super sleek and slightly dark inside, but good energy with the bright kitchen. Dishes: caviar boba dish with potato: unique taste and texture with the boba popping in your mouth candy cover dish where you break it and drink the soup with crab was so unique and tasty; extremely well done and aesthetically beautiful soup with barnacle looking sides: really good soup that wasn’t overly hot. The chicken was cooked well and shredded salmon dish was my FAV: perfectly seared on the top and somewhat lighter cooked under. Never tried this method and the flavoring was excellent. Haven’t seen this texture elsewhere! great Hokkaido bread with the skull butter Peking duck dish was decent; nothing overly special but covered in truffles and different sauces. I like the onion covering spinach more than the actual meat pasta dish with turnip ravioli was quite unique with good flavors and texture. Soft and very delicious when you dip the bread in. Small portion size. wagyu was super fatty and soft. The pistachios on the side were an interesting addition first dessert was not overly sweet, tasted fruity, and had good cranberry with the olive oil cake the dry ice dessert with mango sorbet and the chocolate was beautiful and tasted really good. Especially the sorbet with nuts. Best drink was the espresso martini. Fresh brewed espresso and vodka without added flavors or batched. Well done! Overall, pace was fast and not rushed. Perfect speed. Excellent service above other venues I’ve eaten at. Top 5 favorite restaurants of 1,000+ I’ve eaten at.

This has been the best restaurant experience I have ever been to. From the initial seating, to the service, to the plating itself everything was the perfect combination of personal and professional. We were honored by the conversations with the sommelier regarding the wine pairings. The environment inside left us, even with a table for 2, with plenty of space to converse at a normal level without feeling intrusive. Every wine was parked beautifully and we honestly could not think of any dish that was so stand out compared to others across 10 courses to highlight above another (other than the fact A5 wagyu steak was involced). I would highly recommend as one of the best restaurants in the country, only because I have not been across the world enough to defend against those overseas.

Celebrated my boyfriend birthday here. We had a great time! He loves the food and the outstanding services. The wine they recommended was awesome. The staff was very knowledgeable about the food and wine paring. After the meal, we had a kitchen tour. I’m impressed by how clean and organized it is. I’d definitely recommend you to come here. Pricing is transparent.
The waitstaff was rude. At least they were consistently rude throughout my visit. I gave them 1 star for their consistency.
We couldn't have asked for a better experience at Ever. It exceeded all our expectations. The dishes were not only stunning but also delicious. The service and staff were fantastic. We're excited for our future visits to Ever!
I visit this place frequently, and it just keeps getting better. It's truly one of the best restaurants in Chicago.

The experience at Ever was truly unforgettable. This was my first Michelin Star restaurant experience and it was absolutely breathtaking. The service was exceptional, the staff was so in sync and very knowledgeable. The wines were paired perfectly with our dishes. I loved how the sommelier introduced each wine with every bit of detail possible. The food itself was a work of art, bursting with flavor and amazing attention to detail. The entire team at Ever definitely deserves recognition for an exceptional and truly unforgettable dining experience.
I visited. Service was excellent. The meal was extremely good, but we ultimately favored other tasting experiences in the city over the one we had that evening. Just our personal taste. We will return to try another season later.
SERVICE! This place lives up to its depiction on The Bear, and more. The food is exceptional, creative, and delicious. The service is warm and attentive, flawless and never pretentious. My favorite bites were the Agnalotti pasta and the green beans. The blueberries from Michigan were also out of this world. Even though the food was some of the best I've tasted, I was left even more impressed by the perfectly synchronized service and the kindness of the staff. Their devotion to serving their guests kindly and thoughtfully is clear at every turn. For me, the food and service was on par with the French Laundry. I feel a third Michelin star will be coming for Ever soon. In summary, one of the best meals Ever... and I can't wait to come back.
Ever was my choice of Michelin star restaurants to check my bucket list and did not disappoint. The location is flawless. The service, impeccable. The food was phenomenal. It was the best night EVER. The evening started with drinks. We ordered the non-alcoholic pairing to go with the menu. Course after course was an elevated experience with delicious bite after bite. The evening finale included tour of the back-of-the-house, meeting chef and signed copy of menu. My stomach and heart are so full. I can't wait to return. Highly recommend EVER!
Two Michelin star restaurant that offers a lifetime experience! We started out at their bar for some drinks before dinner. Nearing our dinner reservations we were lead through a spectacular what looked like a secret passage way, absolutely loved it. Every dish was unique with amazing flavors. We also did the wine pairing with each dish, highly recommended. I can't say enough about their staff and how professional and knowledgeable they were. Kitchen tour at the end was something special. What made this a cherry on top is we were joking if we can have some bread and butter to go lol because of how delicious it was. Being how upscale this place was we did not think some bread and butter was going to be included with our menus and chocolates.

One of the best dining experiences in Chicago. Creative, familiar and delicious. All three things that I look for in a tasting menu.
From the moment you walk in the door, Ever gives you a truly one of a kind experience. The sleek decor and the exquisite service are only to be outdone by the food which was paired perfectly with beautiful wines. Chef Duffy, it was an honor and a privilege to dine at your amazing restaurant

The fine dining experience at this restaurant is absolutely fantastic, with thoughtfully crafted dishes, refined techniques, and amazing flavors. The presentation is stunning and the service is top-notch. The wine pairing is highly recommended as it complements the diverse and balanced menu perfectly. A brief tour of the kitchen gave us a glimpse into the precision and world-class execution required to make a restaurant of this caliber run smoothly.
My wife and I visited Ever to celebrate her birthday. We thought we knew what we’d experience that night as we had an evening at Grace a few year back as a comparable. We knew the staff of Ever would bring perfection and they did not disappoint. Our idea of perfection was redefined and everything we anticipated was greatly exceeded. The menu was the best I’ve ever experienced. Experiencing the courses was mind blowing and in some cases brought tears. The service matched at every level of perfection too. The care and attention to detail were beyond anything I’ve witnessed. It was once again perfection with the cherry on top being the kindness displayed. Our evening at Ever was not just the greatest culinary experience I’ve ever had, but one of the greatest experiences I’ve had in my life. Thank you to Ever, and I look forward our next visit.
I love Curtis Duffy's plant-forward menu and beautiful presentation. Please work out a system so the servers can clearly identify the non-vegetarian plates from the lacto-vegetarian in my case. They mixed up my vegetarian order a couple times during the 10-course meal. I'm a frequent visitor of After lounge and and this place has amazing attention and service overall. Outstanding experience. The service was perfectly choreographed and attentive. However, they didn't give off a stuffy or formal setting, just that everyone knew their role and did whatever it takes to make your experience better. The hostess noticed my wife was a bit cold and brought over a pashmina for her to wear.Every dish was wonderful but some standouts were the scallops with an unbelievable coconut curry sauce and the pork jowl with one of the best pieces of pasta I've ever had.Outstanding restaurant and I'd love to make it back soon.
WOW !!! What an amazing experience. The service was outstanding. The restaurant is nicely decorated and the atmosphere is incredible. The food is .... well... I'm speechless. This was a 10 course meal that every dish was delicious and register a great taste in my mind. This is a life time experience and I will never forget it.

This was an experience that completely and overwhelmingly surpassed my expectations and blew other tasting menus out of the water. As soon as you walk in you see that the atmosphere, lighting and decor with the spacing of the tables make you want tostay there forever. It feels like you are secluded from the outside world. Everyone who is employed there is dedicated to makingyou feel like you’re the only one dining there, taking time to make conversation and answering any questions. Now, the food.Each of the several dishes in the tasting menu had the most surprising and delicate flavor combinations, with 7-8 ingredients ineach that were so well thought out. Every dish was a flavor bomb and it was hard to pick a favorite, but I would say mine wasthe frozen hamachi dish and the chicken cabbage wrap that was served with a coconut mousse — who would think that combinationwould be so incredible? This food is everything you could want in a tasting menu and the pacing and portions were perfect. Therewere three breads served with two kinds of butter throughout the dish. Several protein dishes that were perfectly sized. As soonas we finished one dish the next came right away. We left feeling very full but not uncomfortably so. The desserts were justincredible. It’s definitely expensive. $285 per person which does not include a 20% service charge any drinks you mightwant. Definitely would be my go-to for a very special occasion.
I loved the whole experience from start to finish at Ever. The food was fantastic. The service was great. Compared to other 3 star restaurants Chef Duffy deserves 3 Michelin stars. Cannot wait to go back!
Absolutely amazing. Great attention to detail. The food was exquisite with nuances that go beyond what would be considered the norm , even for fine dining. The duck with puree 'd chestnut, or the the A5 paired alongside the cabbage roll.... So fantastic.
Do you know want to know what beauty taste like? The answer is Ever and chef Curtis Duffy's artful cuisine. The whole experience from the moment we were greeted by the host, to getting a private tour of the kitchen from the manager...well, there is only oneway to describe it...My Ever experience lead me to a deeper contemplation of Truth, Beauty and Goodness. I felt like I wasliving in a masterpiece of art. Simply the best restaurant experience I've had.
What to say about a 2 Michelin Star restaurant that hasn't been said before? The attention to detail is the highest. This was my first time on this level of dining, and I was blown away. From the setting, the decoration, the attention/service, the knowledgeof the team... all the way up to the food. You've had yummy meals before, but you didn't know things can get thisinteresting! It was our anniversary dinner and the experience of last night was something incredible. Not something I couldafford to do every month, but I am happy I got to experience it.
