We were greeted by the... read more When my partner and I first got seated we were very excited to start looking at the menu, we had heard such good things about this place. We were greeted by the buss boy who served us some water mentioned to us that someone would be with us soon.. then 45 minutes passed and no one came to even ask what we wanted to drink. We had to let a server walking by that we haven’t even been greeted by our server yet. The server had the worst attitude as if it wasn’t his problem because it wasn’t his table, he looked at us like “what do you want me to do?” then asked what we wanted to drink.. the whole thing was very weird and awkward and if we told you we haven’t been served after being seated 45 mins ago I would expect that waiter to try at least make an effort to correct the situation. He put the drink order in and we had to wait another 20 mins for the drinks. After that, other tables around us seemed to notice and were telling us they would be extremely angry to call for the manager. I’m not the type of person to want to receive a free meal, I understand sometimes people are distracted have bad days I won’t make a bad situation worse but it definitely ruined our experience and it doesn’t seem like they really care about providing a service experience for their costumers.. to top it off we ordered the parrillada with the bone marrow when they served us the bone had no marrow on it, ALL BONE. I honestly couldn’t believe it, for a restaurant where you’re paying a good amount I felt like the experience could have been better. Not worth the hype honestly and you can get a better steak somewhere else.

The food from appetizers to steak to sides to cocktails were distinct (unique combinations of flavors and textures) and super tasty!
