I ordered a maple b... read more I used to frequently stop by this Dunkin' Donuts before my prenatal appointments and had always received my orders correctly—until recently. I ordered a maple bacon sandwich and hash browns, along with a hot chocolate, but unfortunately, my hash browns were missing. It was the first time this had happened, and being eight months pregnant, I was really anticipating them.

She pretended to take my order but then completely forgot about it. I'm extremely disappointed.

The service is sometimes acceptable, but generally, it tends to be slow. Additionally, they shouldn't have the walk-in option available on the Dunkin app. Almos... read more The service is sometimes acceptable, but generally, it tends to be slow. Additionally, they shouldn't have the walk-in option available on the Dunkin app. Almost every time I've placed an order, I find myself waiting in the drive-thru line to collect it because their doors are closed! I believe this is both unsafe and unnecessary.
