The... read more Extremely poor customer service. I witnessed a cashier becoming visibly annoyed with a doctor who was merely asking for clarification about a coffee choice. The cashier raised her voice at the customer, who, embarrassed, chose to leave without buying anything. The store wasn’t busy at all—only two people were waiting in line behind her. Truly disappointing.

I'm a big Dunkin' fan, but this particular store has an associate who is consistently rude and unprofessional—green hair and all. On top of that, some days the coffee tastes weak, as if it's brewed from reused grounds. I love Dunkin', just not this location.

The cashier and server were very friendly, and the service was prompt. I chose some double chocolate glazed donuts along with my coffee.
