Dunkin' - Chicago
Dunkin'
Description
Situated on the second floor of Prentice Women's Hospital, this Dunkin' delivers familiar coffee and donuts but struggles with inconsistent service. Customers report frequent order mistakes, missing ingredients and slow or brusque staff amid high turnover, especially during busy afternoons when a skeleton crew works. Still, reliable baristas occasionally shine, producing prompt, friendly service and satisfying pastries. Overall, expect quick grab-and-go convenience when the team clicks, but double-check your bag and be prepared for variability.

I ordered 25 munchkins for $8.50, but they were out of them and gave me one muffin instead as compensation. I didn't realize the muffin also cost $8.50.
Extremely poor customer service. I witnessed a cashier becoming visibly annoyed with a doctor who was merely asking for clarification about a coffee choice. The cashier raised her voice at the customer, who, embarrassed, chose to leave without buying anything. The store wasn’t busy at all—only two people were waiting in line behind her. Truly disappointing.
Not all Dunkin' locations are the same, and this one falls short. There's a much better spot nearby on Ohio St., which is my favorite. I'm a big Dunkin' fan, but this particular store has an associate who is consistently rude and unprofessional—green hair and all. On top of that, some days the coffee tastes weak, as if it's brewed from reused grounds. I love Dunkin', just not this location.
I always enjoy visiting DD! It's located on the second floor of the Prentice Women's Hospital. The cashier and server were very friendly, and the service was prompt. I chose some double chocolate glazed donuts along with my coffee.
