I ordered ice coffee, and... read more I spend alot at Dunkin Donut every day. I go to the one at 6200 W Belmont, and they are so rude, especially the guy that works there. I ordered ice coffee, and it was too much ice. I asked him to take some of the ice out, and to add flavor. He refused to do both. He tells me the drink is cheap anyway, it's after 2 PM, what more do you want, probably for free.His attitude was totally out of character, and the owner needs to do something about these people working there.

The man taking my order communicated in his native language over the intercom, which resulted in my order being incorrect. He even tried to hand me an iced coffee, despite it being winter. When I highlighted the mistake, he attempted to argue with me. Furthermore, the woman at the drive-thru window tried to charge me extra for two breakfast sandwiches. When I inquired about the price, she admitted that she had overlooked applying a discount.

It would be helpful if someone there could communicate effectively in English to discuss the promotion that's prominently displayed on their screens. Additionally, the employee kept walking away while I was trying to ask a question and was rude, as if it were my fault that he didn’t understand the $3 medium refresher promotion. It’s your company's promotion—why am I being blamed for your lack of knowledge about how it works?

I've tried to eat there twice before 7 PM, around 5 or 6 PM, but both times they were not accepting inside orders. There's no sign mentioning that they switch to drive-thru only after a certain time, and their hours aren't posted on the door either.
