I finally told them to remove my donut and I'll just... read more Went in for a coffee and donut, I had an offer for a free donut but they couldn't get the scanner to work. I finally told them to remove my donut and I'll just have the coffee. Took the guy behind the counter 3 tries to remove the donut from my order. Coffee arrives and I hand the guy a $5 bill and he tells me that the register isnt working and they only accept credit/debit. I just turned around and walked out and went across the street to the BP for my coffee who were very happy to accept my $5 bill. Worse service and I wont be back

This isn’t the first time this has happened; whenever she works, it seems I can only get iced coffee. It’s quite frustrating, especially since I frequent this place several times a day, spending around $15-20 daily. I think I might reconsider my visits.
