Dunkin' - Chicago
Dunkin'
Description
In a recent visit to a local donut shop, patrons noted a disappointing experience marred by limited selection and frequent order mix-ups. While the friendly staff, especially a standout employee named Darnell, provided moments of warmth, cleanliness and hygiene standards raised concerns. Observations of untidiness compromised the overall atmosphere, albeit the quick service and familiar interactions were appreciated by regulars. Despite the establishment’s charm and potential, numerous customers recommend caution, especially regarding the handling of food and drinks. It remains a hit-or-miss experience, appealing primarily to those less sensitive to cleanliness issues.

The employees look so unhappy, as if they’re being beaten there day and night. Also, even though there are two restrooms, the girl with glasses says there is no restroom. She is clearly lying and refusing to open it on purpose. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Meal type: Breakfast
The place was clean and the staff were cheerful. It’s nothing fancy, but it’s convenient and consistent. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Service: Takeaway Parking space: Plenty of parking Parking options: Free of charge parking lot Kid-friendliness: yes Wheelchair accessibility: yes
My mom and I arrived near closing time on a Sunday and found the doors locked. As we were about to leave, we heard a voice saying, "Come on in." A kind young man named Darnell reopened the store for us and made my mom an iced coffee. He was incredibly friendly and helpful. He truly deserves a gold star!
