I ordered a cake for Father's Day, but when I arrived to pick it up, they hadn't made it. They informed me that the cake decorator doesn't work on Sundays. If that was the case, they should have contacted me when I placed the order or at least early Sunday morning. As a result, I had to choose a pre-made cake from the cooler. The staff member who assisted me explained that the pre-made cake was $8 more than the one I originally ordered, which meant I had to pay extra. This was just the final straw in an already frustrating experience. When I called the next day to speak with the manager, he was unavailable, even though I was told he works in the morning. I never received a callback. I am extremely disappointed with the customer service and will not be returning for cakes, coffee, or anything else.
Had an unfortunate and unpleasant experience here this morning. Ordered a half dozen donuts, and a hazelnut latte. The person that took my order and got my donuts for me was great. The person that got my drink ready, not so much. First off, I ordered a Large Hazelnut Latte, but they gave me a medium. So, I asked for confirmation on the receipt, because if I was accidentally charged for a medium, no big deal I usually just take it and leave. Turns out I did order and pay for a large though, so they remade it. I wasn 't rude, I didn 't even ask for it to be remade, they just started doing it. Everything was dandy until I was being handed back my drink and the person gave a very rude EXCUSE ME! To get my attention and hand me my drink, and an insincere Have a Nice Day. Seriously guys, learn some customer service. It 's not my fault that you got the order wrong, I just want what I paid for. I recommend going to the 7-Eleven in the same complex. Everything is cheaper, and you know you 'll get charged exactly the right price and you know it will be done correctly because you get everything ready yourself. Also, the guys at the counter there have never been rude to me.
They have no energy at this DD. They come from the back as if they are being awakened. I dislike coming here at night but this is the only one open near me at night. And I do not know if all DD are the same and it would be interesting to find out. How long to they keep those donuts on the rack? During this visit I did ask the person if the donuts were fresh and I noticed hesitation which came off as a no. But I really hope they are not selling donuts from early in the day during the late night hours.
We went yesterday and had ordered a bacon egg and cheese croissant and the croissant tasted like they had left it sitting for a while so it was a bit stiff. This morning we came in for breakfast before our flight and the employee that served(middle aged Middle Eastern) was so rude. They have a frozen matcha latte that I 've ordered plenty times to know that they make it only to be told that they didn 't have it. Funny enough that it is in fact on the menu and not covered with a not available sticker like some of the other items on the menu that were. Also, they were able to make it in an iced version but all he had to do was put it on a blender. I also ordered a bacon, egg and cheese croissant and to my surprise when I got home to eat it, there was no bacon?? So overall from the wrong orders and uncalled for attitude, I 've never been so disappointed with a Dunkin ' location. Will definitely not be coming back here anymore. Wish I could leave negative stars. P.s. It was national coffee day and they had a national promotion going on that you 'd get a free coffee with any purchase and no one in our group of different orders got the promotion.
