Dunkin' - Chicago
Dunkin'
Description
Dunkin' has seen mixed reviews lately, with patrons expressing disappointment in its service and operational hours. While some long for the days of 24-hour access and a reliable menu—complaining about the quality of toasted bagels and inconsistent closing times—others appreciate the wide variety of freshly made cake donuts, a rare find among Dunkin' locations. Positive experiences shine through as friendly staff members go the extra mile for customer satisfaction, showcasing a commitment to service. Yet, the restaurant's appeal seems hampered by service delays and mix-ups, leaving many reconsidering their loyalty in favor of nearby alternatives.

Excellent prices and outstanding customer service! Well done, ladies! Thank you! Parking: Conveniently located.
1 star due to terrible service, poorly managed place. Originally closes at 11, now 10 BUT they really close at 930 cause the staff says they have to clean. (Doesn't work like that) Employee's do not shut lights off, don't turn off open sign, haven't changed hours of operation. If they are working an hour before closing employee's work really slow hoping people in line leave. I have waiting 20mins before being able to order my ice coffee. The original night shift guy was the best!
Not many Dunkin' locations carry the cake donuts I love, but this one offers a fantastic variety. They have flavors like coconut, toasted coconut, peanut, butternut, and more! Unlike many spots that rely on deliveries from a central kitchen—usually just yeast donuts—this location makes their donuts fresh right in the store, which makes all the difference.
Used to be my go to spot for coffee before heading to the races to gap everyone. Sadly that is no longer the case, they are no longer open 24hrs a day, and aren’t even open till their posted sign (supposed to close at 10 but really close at 9:20-9:30). The lack of coffee has caused me to lose a race against Dominic Torreto resulting in me losing all my street cred. Thank god for family, I don’t know what I’d do without them. Wish Natu was still around, as I’d still be DK of Chicago.
