The staff seems to focus too much on drive-thru customers, while I and three others were left waiting inside. One employee was cleaning around the coffee dispensers right in front of us, completely ignoring our presence. I had to speak up about taking our orders to expedite our exit. It's clear that the restaurant needs to improve its customer service for those dining inside. We shouldn't have to stand around when there are available employees who could take our orders.
Rotten egg bites! Buyer/eater beware!! I went this morning ordered two orders of egg bites. BOTH were rotten tasted like earwax. One of them was even slimey. I've NEVER tasted rotten eggs before, but it was the worst thing. Felt queasy afterwards couldn't get the taste out of my mouth for hours. Avoid this place…
2 incidents. First time I walked in, it was about 9:30-ish (PM) at night, and there’s 3 young ladies just standing there — 2 by the drive thru and the other by the register. They all gave me a look of disgust as if not wanting to serve me. The 2nd incident they had their doors locked at 9:15pm. If the diner area closes at 10PM, then why have an attitude or why lock up very early? This location needs better staff.
They tried to over charge me and it happened so many time, just pay attention for that matter. They really need to hire people who’s professional
Doing this review for my father he really doesn't like doing reviews but he's so tired of this employee that works there she's really rude,last time she gave him a cold coffee and she refused to make it again, then there was this time when she walked from the register and decided not to ring him up she has red or pink hair my father asked another employee for her name and he was told is Sara or saray this happens sometimes at 1am and also 4am
