**Dunkin’ Review: A Mixed Bag of Experiences**
A recent visit to a local Dunkin’ has revealed a blend of customer experiences, ranging from positive interactions to significant service shortcomings. While some patrons have praised friendly staff members, like a personable young woman who brightens mornings, others faced frustrating delays and order issues, leading to dissatisfaction. Instances of incorrect orders and poor communication highlight ongoing management challenges and inconsistent service quality. Despite the variability, the establishment has its redeeming qualities, such as a welcoming atmosphere and suitable workspace for remote work. Overall, potential customers may want to consider their options before deciding where to indulge in their coffee cravings.

I've been coming here almost every day before work for the past two years. Unfortunately, the new staff lately has been quite rude and not very accommodating. The food is often cold when served. Today, I ordered a Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Croissant along with Hashbrowns, and the employees complained directly to me, saying they didn't want to make that and pointed out the donuts instead.
On a Saturday evening, there was just one person handling everything. We had to wait about 15-20 minutes for some hash browns and toast. I felt sorry for the guy; it seems like the place is really poorly managed.
This location has such kind workers! They were very helpful and made great conversation :
This location is not picky with who they choose for work. They’re rude, and honestly seem like they hate their job. Drinks aren’t even made accurately.
