They charge extra for cold foam, which is fine, but they're very stingy when it comes to adding it to your drink. The cups are rarely filled to the top, and the drinks are poorly made. I've been a customer for about a year, and my drinks are never made correctly. Sometimes, the manager even sets their own prices for water.

The manager, an older woman in a brown and cream sweater, often remarks on how much milk I like in my drink. I wish I could find the official guidelines on the proper milk amount for each order. As a paying customer, I expect my drink to be made exactly to my preferences, and I’m happy to pay extra if needed. If I wanted just a cup of milk, I should be able to order it easily. I’ve been coming here for five years with no problems, but since she started working here, it feels like she’s constantly monitoring everyone’s coffee orders like she’s the “coffee police.”

This isn't the first time I've had an incorrect order at this restaurant. I also requested a keto-friendly breakfast sandwich, which was made incorrectly even though I provided specific instructions. It should have been straightforward to just put meat and cheese between two eggs, but instead, they placed the cheese and bacon on top of the eggs.
