Dunkin' - Chicago
Dunkin'
Description
At a Dunkin' location on Morse, patrons express mixed feelings. Many appreciate the friendly staff and the cleanliness, often going out of their way for the consistently crispy hash browns and fresh morning donuts. However, frustrations arise regarding order accuracy and service efficiency, with complaints about incorrect or incomplete orders and food that is insufficiently cooked. Additionally, there are concerns about restroom access policies and loud music. Despite these issues, the welcoming atmosphere and accommodating staff create a community vibe, making it a favored spot for some customers looking for a casual dining experience.

Coffee and donuts as good as in every other Dunkin' Donuts shop. Clean and the employees are friendly.
This is a typical Dunkin' Donuts location. The only concern is that it seems to be understaffed. However, the employees who are there do their best to manage.
I come here a lot. The young Mexican girl that works in the mornings has mood swings and can be really nasty! She really need to see a Psychiatrist. Has no business working with the public! Foul mouth!
After 1 PM, the manager can be quite rude and has a negative attitude. However, the hash browns are decent.
