What Articulated Doom doesn't like about Dunkin' Donuts:
I placed an online order to skip the line, but when I went to the designated pick-up spot with the sign stating, "Online Order Pick-up Here," the staff continued to walk past me as if they didn't notice. When I finally asked about my order, I was directed to get in line and had to wait, defeating the purpose of placing an online order. View all feedback.

This Dunkin' location is just like any other, but the staff is always quick, kind, and has never gotten my order wrong. They truly deserve a raise! Seriously!

I'm dairy free. I order oatmilk cold brews all the time. All of a sudden they make a mistake and put cold foam on it. After I said I didn't order it like that they gave it back to me after scrapping the cold foam off and not remaking the drink lmaooo horrible staff
Great service and I did this for DoorDash and customer tipped me.
