Description

At this local eatery, patrons encounter a polarized atmosphere. While some praise the quick service at the donut counter and delightful offerings like the cornbread donut and creative iced lattes, customer service experiences vary significantly. Reports of rude staff, incorrect orders, and slow register operations mar the overall impression. Instances of staff dismissiveness and even derogatory remarks overshadow moments of impressive problem-solving, like overcoming equipment issues. With a focus on improving service and attentiveness, this restaurant could rise from its current mixed reputation to become a cherished neighborhood spot. For now, approach with caution.

The staff were extremely rude. They messed up my drink order twice, giving me a small instead of the medium I paid for. They never offered an apology and had a very unpleasant attitude when they said they would remake it.

Cordaryl needs to be taken off the register because he moves at a snail's pace! I had to repeat my order five times. The entire staff appears to be moving slowly. If you're in a rush, I would definitely recommend staying away from this place.

I ordered an iced latte with sugar and a black coffee, but the girl named Keisha added cream to the latte. I'm allergic to all dairy products, so this was a significant problem for me. I will not be returning to this restaurant. She was rude, had a bad attitude, and even referred to me as a "bitch" under her breath. They really need to improve their service.

I placed a mobile pickup order and everything was spot on. No issues or complaints.

They need to take Cordaryl off the register. He moves extremely slow! I had to repeat what I wanted 5 times ? They all move slow. Don't come here if you're in a rush and pressing for time.
