I ordered a $30 gift card along with a large coffee, but after my coffee was prepared, it was taken to the back (possibly to be tampered with). I will not be coming back to this place.

However, recent visits have taken a... read more I have been a loyal customer at this Dunkin' Donuts for two years, and for the most part, my experiences have been positive. However, recent visits have taken a turn for the worse due to a new employee. She often approaches me with hostility and uses offensive language in Hindi, mistakenly thinking I won’t understand her. As a fluent Hindi speaker, I can assure you that her comments are completely unacceptable. This behavior is concerning and needs to be addressed. Her negative attitude has made my visits unpleasant, and I would recommend others steer clear of this Dunkin' Donuts because of her. I also intend to contact corporate about this situation, as I have recorded proof of her inappropriate language.
