He refused to serve me ice cream, saying that he doesn’t serve it, even though other staff members were present. He also told me that the person who usually serves ice cream wouldn’t arrive for another 45 minutes. I found this service very frustrating, especially knowing that Kevin is a shift manager. It’s unacceptable for a policy like this to be enforced during his shift. He is not the owner and doesn’t set the company rules, so why should customers have to wait for one specific employee to be served, especially at 10 PM? I was hoping to enjoy something from the menu, but the experience left a lot to be desired.

The only... read more I got an excellent deal right when I needed it! The two donuts and a bottle of water were perfect for a quick grab-and-go, which I really appreciated. The only small issue was the lack of napkins, but it wasn’t a big deal since I didn’t really need any. There was a funny moment when a woman and I simultaneously noticed her pink purse, as if we were in two parallel worlds having the same realization at once. She quickly grabbed it and came out looking relieved. Overall, the staff were very professional.

I... read more This coffee shop has the worst coffee I've ever purchased. They had nothing available for sale at 6 p.m., and the behavior of the staff was very off-putting. I ordered a $6 drink through their app, but they were out of supplies. I reconsidered and inquired about other options, but there were none. Frustrated, I asked them what else they had. They informed me that the only remaining choices were basic iced coffee and hot coffee. I couldn’t believe that this was all they had left at that time.
