The revamped Dunkin' Donuts is definitely worth a visit. The establishment has undergone a much-needed transformation in both its appearance and branding. These changes have significantly enhanced the overall experience. Security has been improved, the lighting is brighter, the display cases are larger and more attractive, and LCD monitors are now scattered throughout the space, which is also much cleaner. If you haven't stopped by in a while, make sure to try their OG Caramel Latte. While there is still some room for improvement in terms of professionalism, this Dunkin' Donuts is clearly moving in the right direction. It's a great place to grab a coffee or espresso while studying late at night.
Please consider supporting the staff at this location. It might be best to avoid going inside, as they seem to struggle, particularly the young woman with very long false eyelashes. When we arrived, she seemed overwhelmed and hesitant to approach the counter to take our order. When I asked a question, her expression showed clear annoyance, making me feel unwelcome. She didn’t answer my question, and the entire ordering process felt burdensome. After a frustrating experience, we chose to cancel our order and leave. Surprisingly, the staff appeared amused by this, which made me feel less guilty about leaving. I would recommend others to avoid causing them any trouble and simply keep walking past this restaurant.
I cannot recommend this place at all after the awful verbal abuse we experienced from an employee today. We simply wanted to order two drinks—a coffee and a cappuccino blast. The female staff member unjustly accused us of having an attitude and told us to leave. As we were exiting, she made disrespectful comments about our weight and even gave us the middle finger. I will definitely not be returning to this location.
The cheese still had the paper on it, and the service was completely absent – by far the worst experience I've had at Dunkin'.
I had a disappointing experience with a waitress named Crystal at this restaurant. Her demeanor was quite unfriendly, and she didn't seem to enjoy her job. I often find myself avoiding this place because of her attitude. Whenever I've needed assistance, it's clear from her expression that she's irritated. The restaurant could definitely benefit from focusing on staff training, and I think Crystal could use some guidance on how to provide better customer service.
