This Dunkin' Donuts location in Chicago is disappointing. They frequently overcharge customers and serve stale, unappetizing snacks, all while maintaining high prices. It would be wise for them to stop selling old snacks and find a better use for them. Perhaps it's time for this location to rethink its approach or even consider closing and exploring new options.

The food at this restaurant is decent, but it tastes just like any other Dunkin' Donuts and is priced higher. I typically order two turkey sausage wake-up wraps, which already seem overpriced at around $5.50 each, but here they cost $7.70. For that price, you get two small flour tortillas filled with turkey sausage, egg, and American cheese. It feels excessive to pay nearly $8 for that. Additionally, the restaurant only has a walk-up window, making it unclear what exactly we are paying for.

The Dunkin' is quite small, and initially, the lady working was a bit slow, causing some people to miss their bus while waiting. However, after returning several mornings, she has become much quicker and more efficient.

Whenever I order through the mobile app, they never add the pumps I request to my drink. My coffee always tastes bland and clearly lacks the ingredients I asked for. I tried coffee at another Dunkin’, and the flavor was fantastic because they actually included everything. I’d rather go to the coffee shop next door or Starbucks since I’m not getting what I pay for here. However, when I order at the drive-thru window, they do add my pumps, and I have to give them credit for being able to hear my order over the noise from the trains.

Dunkin' is always a fantastic spot to enjoy donuts paired with a tasty cup of coffee! I visit five to six times a week and absolutely love their breakfast sandwiches. I appreciate their variety of flavors, which change often to keep things fresh and exciting. Although they occasionally run out of certain donuts, I completely understand. Their iced lattes and coffees are reliably delicious, and the staff consistently provides excellent service to me and everyone else I've observed.
