I had the Knuckle Sandwich with Adobe Fries. Both were really tasty and good-sized portions as well. Very friendly service. Will definitely be recommending Diana's to my coworkers when we move into our new building.Food: 5/5
Diana's is one of my favorite local restaurants and has become my go-to lunch location. They put so much heart into the food that they cook that every meal comes out to perfection!I highly recommend their Cubano sandwich, hebaro, and adobo fries!
Visiting Chicago for a few days and this has go be the most delicious food I've had this entire trip. The sandwiches, maduros, fries, tostones, and sauce are to die for. The service and atmosphere was also great. Highly recommend!!!!Food: 5/5
The knuckle sandwich was so juicy, the tostones were crispy and perfectly salted, and they play the best 90s hiphop. The people behind the counter were very nice. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Knuckle Sandwich
I absolutely adore Diana’s. Honestly it might be my favorite spot to eat in the city and I have been to my fair share of restaurants. The flavor is genuinely something I have never experienced before, maybe only once or twice at a friend’s Puerto Rican family party- I swear you can taste the “homemade difference” which is only multiplied by how inviting it feels to walk in and sit down for a meal. The prices and the portions make me feel like royalty. Believe me, it is EASY to clean your plate if you are determined enough. The food itself is not only unbelievably flavorful but after eating a BYO “Humbowldt” I feel perfectly satiated and like I could run a marathon then sleep for two years. If you’re thinking hmm where should I treat myself for casual lunch/dinner GO HERE. (I think they do catering as well) My boyfriend’s eyes lit up like in ratatouille when Remy combined a strawberry with cheese and he saw new colors (from ordering the Cuban bowl). I almost cried when I tried the chicken stew my coworker ordered and- the Cubano and the “Chiggen” sandwich is out of this WORLD. The real Cuban BREAD are you kidding me! Cafecito doesn’t hit like this, 90 miles maybe is a worthy competitor but it doesn’t have the same feeling of familiarity, the feeling like the food is giving you a hug. Hands down best Puerto Rican food in Chicago, best Latin American food in Chicago, best restaurant in Chicago, I will be back again and again!! Thank you for being so wonderful and making such wonderful food!!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
