My friends and I went to Declan's Irish Pub, the place was spotless clean, all windows opened leaving the fresh air to flow, servers wearing masks and gloves, disposables menus, everything was perfect. We felt the environment was very safe. The food was to die for, the burguers cook very well as we asked, the drinks was well prepared by the bartender girl. I totally recommend this place. I was very impressed by the end , so as my friends.

Extremely poor service from a bartender who was short-tempered, condescending, and seemingly upset that we were trying to spend money at her place of employment... read more Extremely poor service from a bartender who was short-tempered, condescending, and seemingly upset that we were trying to spend money at her place of employment. The simple act of moving tables to another area of the bar, to avoid getting blasted by cold air every time the door opened, was met with the snarky comment of you know, you moved to a table that was smaller than the first one . This then led to pushback about our 4-person party sitting at a table meant for 8 people, which this bartender wanted to save for larger parties (at this time, the building was at maybe 25% capacity). Finally, when she stormed off after a member of our party didn 't order a drink fast enough (she gave him about 5 seconds), we left some cash on the table and left. For the record, we went straight to Happy Camper across the street, and it was a wonderful experience. Our server there was attentive, positive, friendly, and when she found out it was a member of our party 's birthday, treated us to a round of drinks and a T-shirt for the birthday boy. My friend group used to visit Declan 's regularly for Taco Tuesdays. It was a casual, welcoming place with good food and prompt service for an affordable price. After the disrespect we were shown for seemingly no reason by this server, I don 't see any reason to ever visit this place again. Service: 1

Honestly 5/5 bar food. came to watch the nd football game on a saturday evening. got here 45 mins before kickoff and was able to get a table outside. they have... read more Honestly 5/5 bar food. came to watch the nd football game on a saturday evening. got here 45 mins before kickoff and was able to get a table outside. they have a great drink selection and their food was surprisingly good. we got the chicken tenders, friedpickles, nachos, and fries. fried pickles were some of the best i’ve had- they were breaded in panko and so good!! chickentenders were pretty good too. would definitely come back
