Feedback
First, the staff. They are clearly understaffed, we waited over 1 hour for our food, simple order. They barely pay attention to you.The food. The “Lomo Fino” we asked “MEDIUM” was well done. The “Churrasco a lo Pobre” was thin, and looked just sad.The worst one, the Lomo Saltado. Supposed to be good at a Peruvian Restauran, was simply not good at all. The vegetables look almost raw, the rice was undercooked, and there was a weird flavor that I could not tell what it was, maybe old oil?The papas a la haucaina had too much sauce. But it was ok.I’m not coming back, sorry but the quality is not there and the staff is not too attentive. They need more people, and cooks that know how to properly cook something as simple as a Lomo Saltado.
This is a BYOB. No alcoholic beverages are available. You will be charged $3.00 dollars for a bottle or any six packs you bring in the restaurant. I recommend the Rice Con Camarones no listed but is so great and can be shared by two people per plate. Is a lot of rice. Mmmmmmmmmmmm delicious.Food: 5/5
