I am on medication... read more The pharmacy team includes pharmacist Samara, who is one of the rudest individuals I've encountered in my years of picking up prescriptions. I am on medication that requires me to pick it up every 30 days with a 3-4 day window. If I need to be away longer, I must request special permission from my doctor. I have asked for this exception twice in the past two years, and during my second request, Samara was uncooperative, accusing me of having a history of such requests, even though I have only made two in total. I found this accusation to be completely false and unprofessional, especially given my familiarity with the medication. Overall, her attitude represents a significant lack of quality customer service. I recommend avoiding Samara.
