Culver's - Chicago
Culver's
Description
At this Culver’s location, warm, genuinely attentive staff and spotless dining rooms set the tone for reliably satisfying fast-casual dining. The menu shines with classic signature burgers, crinkle-cut fries, onion rings and standout frozen custard, plus veggie and salad options for variety. Service is quick and personable, with staff frequently checking in. A few patrons noted occasional cold or overcooked items and inconsistent fountain sodas, but overall the experience is friendly, clean and delicious.

The Colder's on Irving Park Road, just a block west of Cicero, is fantastic. Everything I ordered was delicious. Over the last couple of weeks, I tried the chili, and it was excellent! I also want to highlight the incredible politeness of the staff. From the moment you walk in until you leave, they greet you warmly and even say goodbye. It’s a wonderful place to eat and relax. Captain Bob gives them five stars!
As soon as I walked in on Thursday evening around 6 PM, I was welcomed with such amazing energy. The entire staff seemed to be working well together. The restrooms were extremely clean, and the dining area was spotless. I would definitely recommend this location.
The service was excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The dining area was clean and well-maintained. The staff checked on us multiple times to see if we needed anything. The food was well-prepared and delicious.
I’m from Wisconsin and can honestly say- Culvers in WI are wayyyy better BUT this location was pretty good. My cashew chicken salad was great but chicken a bit over cooked. My partner’s burger was good but cold. Ice cream was excellent (as usual) and service was very friendly and prompt. Soda machine here sucked— no diet root beer and regular was not good- very unfortunate.
