The food was delicious, but the service was only okay. The overall experience was marred by disorganized host staff and sweet but slow servers.

The service at this restaurant was fantastic and the food was delicious. We were a party of four and each had a different sandwich. One person enjoyed the prime rib sandwich, another liked the short rib sandwich, and someone else really enjoyed the burger sauce. I ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich, but unfortunately found it to be just okay. It was too spicy for my taste and I was also expecting it to be grilled instead of fried, so it was overcooked and dry. However, I did appreciate the addition of feta and apples that added a nice touch to the buffalo chicken. For dessert, we had the chocolate cake which was tasty but slightly dry.

It was Christmas but our food was cold, my burger was undercooked, the bill wasn’t correct, and while it’s wasn’t busy at all, the service was slow. With that said, food and drinks were decent. Overall it was ok. Probably wouldn’t go back.

The staff was friendly and attentive, and the pretzel appetizers were excellent!

The overall ambiance of this place is good they have a good menu selection and of course lots of beers and cocktails to try which was our main reason for coming! The service was super slow so it was hard to try all the wonderful beer selections we wanted. The food was just okay. Definitely a pricey experience. We paid about $650 for a table of six people. Not bad since there were many drinks had, but the entrees felt expensive for how they ended up tasting. We had dinner at 7:30 on a Friday. There was a live band we didn't know about that played about three songs and then (thankfully) stopped. It was so loud, we couldn't talk. We must've caught the tail end of their show just keep that in mind. It was alright, but I'm not sure I would go back or recommend to someone when there are so many awesome Chicago spots.
