When you order extra meat and the sandwich is still wimpy.....$16 for a sandwich that mostly gravy bread is highway robbery. You shouldn't have to pay extra for hot peppers for one and then there still be a lack of hot peppers on the sandwich regardless. What am I paying for, air? The food quality and quantity is poor if it's not prepared properly. And when I submit feedback about it all you get is a thank you, we love making our customers happy. What the heck did you read? You want pissed customer? Now you got yourself one. We'll be better off making our own beef sandwiches at home....Bari beef is a good option. They sell a 5 lb case of Bari beef and gravy......reasonably priced. You can get the rolls and hot or sweet peppers all on 70th/State....a wholesale outlet. You'll come out way better than throwing your money away to Buona. Make your own Italian beef at home because it's not worth it to eat at Buona. They've done nothing to address the same complaint by several customers.
