The rare crossroads of healthy and super delicious. This is a place I go to when I feel I need to get my fill of leafy greens, power grains and scrumptious seafood. Seafood lover, health nut or foodie ? this place has it.

I was greeted by the lovely staff and a nice lady explained the menu. I had the crispy shrimp over salad with the super greens garlic and herb dressing. It was done quickly and it was scrumptious. I wanted the gingerade drink to be more gingery but it was good too. I liked the playlist but it was a little too loud. I highly recommend it for a quick, nutritious lunch.

Went back for a visit for a lunch meal. Once again it was such a pleasant experience. I'm always fascinated with the decor. It creates a feeling of calmness. The staff are so nice and very helpful. After my long glance at the menu, they patiently waited with a smile for my order. I ordered Fish Chips. My my my, I love this fish and the fries. The fries are soft (my preference) and the fish was seasoned and fried perfectly. I would make a trip downtown again to purchase this fish. It really is the perfect lunch spot or for take home dinner.Parking: Because of the location in loop area, parking is a challenge during work hours, even though I found a spot across the street. However, around 4 p.m. parking is decent.

Fast casual restaurant serving seafood. Reasonably priced and pleasant dining experience. Food is brought out to you, also can order to go. Seems like spot you may go get work lunch from. Food is nothing special to write home about. Portions are reasonable. Bathrooms are clean.
