This is my second visit! The first time was enjoyable, although the service could have been better. This time, the food was just as delicious, and the service was on point as well. The only thing I would skip is the charcuterie, which was a bit disappointing. I’ll definitely be coming back again!
We celebrated New Year's Eve with dinner at River Roast and had a fantastic meal. We also enjoyed the midnight fireworks along the river, which made for a truly delightful evening. The manager and staff went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect for us. Thank you!
The service was a bit slow, but considering it was a busy Friday evening, it was still quite good. The food was very delicious overall. The chicken pot pie could have used a little something extra and wasn’t as thick as I had anticipated, but it was still tasty. We also enjoyed a thermos cocktail, which was perfect for the winter season!
Great place in the city for great views and good food! It’s a family style restaurant so you will definitely eat well it’s great for groups!
River Roast is an amazing wedding venue and we at Fox Ivory love partnering with their staff for our couples! The venue itself is quintessential Chicago with Riverwalk views and a refined industrial decor. Partnered with amazing food and hospitable staff we can't recommend River Roast highly enough.
