The restaurant is short-staffed (no servers), but they provided me with excellent service. Although I had a positive experience, many people were turned away for dining in. Initially, we were told it was only for takeout, but eventually the chef brought us our food. If they had servers, I would give them a 5-star rating. Nonetheless, it is a lovely restaurant with delicious food.
I went for lunch during an event in the ballroom, and the servers were incredibly kind and friendly. The atmosphere was pleasant and not too crowded. My only complaint is that it's quite pricey, and I'm not sure it's entirely worth it. I ordered a BLT and a hot tea, which came to a total of $30. Don’t get me wrong—the BLT was really good—but I’m not sure I would spend $30 on a meal here again.
I really can't comprehend the negative reviews about this restaurant. I felt a bit apprehensive about dining here, especially as a guest at the Marriott with pouring rain outside leaving me limited options. However, my expectations were completely surpassed. The tenderloin was cooked to perfection, and the blue cheese mashed potatoes were fantastic. While the ambiance wasn’t the coziest—since the tables were nearly vacant—the service was exceptional.
We had a fantastic experience at the restaurant, which has recently reopened after COVID restrictions. The manager, Ryan, was incredibly accommodating to our group of nine. We ordered a diverse array of appetizers, salads, sandwiches, and entrees, and everyone was pleased with their meals. There were limited options for dessert and draft beer, but that is expected to change soon as the restaurant gets back to a more regular operation.
