The restaurant has a fantastic view thanks to its retractable roof. We really enjoyed the happy hour specials.

I had high hopes for this restaurant. The pisco sour was delicious, but the food fell short of my expectations. The ceviche lacked flavor, but the yucca fries were enjoyable. The chicken skewers were tasty and spicy, but a bit too salty. While the view of the building tops through the glass ceiling was cool, the restaurant did not have the ambiance or coziness I was hoping for.

The drinks at this restaurant were excellent! Our server was very friendly and attentive, providing us with helpful tips for ordering. The ceviche was bright and flavorful, while the beef empanada was not very good and we did not finish it. However, the brisket that our server recommended was delicious. Overall, it is a great place to visit before heading to the theater district.

We met up with friends at Boleo at the end of our trip to Chicago and had a great time! We showed up for happy hour and got drinks and small plates. Chase was our server and he made us feel so welcome he was warm and funny and even brought me an extra mocktail. There was a live flamenco dancer that brought so much life to the space on a rainy evening. We ended up sharing a few larger plates as well and really loved the Arroz Chaufa and the black garlic chimichurri sauce on the roasted chicken. On the way down from the rooftop our elevator got stuck but the mechanic team worked to get us free we just wish Chase could have joined us for the elevator adventure!
