I don't go to steak houses very often, but I'm very glad we went to this one. Started with the pate which was slightly smoky and delightful. My dad got the 55 day aged cut and it was like a good wine. The flavor had a beginning, a middle and an end. Just an interesting experience having never tried aged beef before. This was the second time I have visited the restaurant. I was there when it first opened. It was good and wanted to give it another try. Unfortunately, I find it way over priced and the servings too small for the amount paid $54 for 2 slices of filet no sides). The music being played was too loud and was more of hard rock in nature. The food was amazing especially the 55 day aged steak which we split as it was 22oz. The cauliflower gratin was flavorful and we wanted more! The staff was incredibly accommodating would highly recommend.

I went here with my husband a few months back. We both got different aged steaks (I can’t remember which ones). It was my first time have dry aged steak. A very unique but good taste.
