The owner Jose and staff Laxandro,... read more We hosted an engagement celebration (Anna, bride's mom to be) and myself (groom's mom to be) last night at Bocaditos Chicago. The owner Jose and staff Laxandro, the bartenders, and support staff were outstanding! The atmosphere is beautiful and fun! The drinks were perfect (specialty cocktails, margaritas, old fashioned, etc. were amazing! The appetizers served buffet style were delicious with flautas and quesadillas being two of our favorites! We would highly recommend Bocaditos for an event, o dinner, or drinks and appetizers because you would be so pleased with everything. Also, everything that was discussed before the event was done along with some extra special touches. Our son picked out some specialty cocktails, and they had a special menu prepared for that. Jose went above and beyond to have all of our wishes met. We will definitely be returning customers! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Food is fantastic problem was coordination ladies ordered tacos came out in 15 mins we ordered the restaurant specials apps came out in 30 mins mains in an hour. The ladies waited 5 minutes and then when it was apparent our food wasnt coming the started and finished before our apps came it was awkward eating. Similar story with the bar order cocktails brought two and forgot the other two because the slushie machine was broken but took 15 minutes to communicate so ordered a beer. Would be great for a game day meal at the bar for tacos avoid for date night or special occasions.
