The soondubu jjigae is wonderfully salty and spicy, featuring a broth that tastes incredibly fresh. The gimbap is also very fresh and well-balanced. The kimchi has just the right amount of tanginess, and the spicy cold noodles have a perfect kick with a rich sesame flavor. Additionally, the service here is impressively fast. I highly recommend finishing your meal with a hotteok, which is a Korean fried pancake stuffed with a delightful brown sugar syrup. I can't wait to come back here frequently!
