Ordered 3 very different dinners and each enjoyed them. Sat in the room behind the bar which is quite cozy. Liked the ver all ambiance, especially the lighting.

I had the daily tartaric acid, and the le canard (full done) and the crème brûlée was the perfect finish!

Darko, our server, was exception... read more We visited Bistronomic for lunch today and left with a genuinely positive impression — especially when it comes to hospitality. Darko, our server, was exceptional. He struck that perfect balance of professionalism and warmth, and he connected effortlessly with our two-year-old son. Dining out with a toddler can sometimes feel stressful, but Darko’s attentiveness and natural kindness helped keep our little one calm and engaged throughout the meal. That level of service does not go unnoticed. The cuisine was well-executed and thoughtfully presented. That said, we came in expecting a more traditional French lunch experience and later realized the menu leans toward a refined brunch concept. That was more our oversight than anything else. The dishes reflect creativity and modern interpretation rather than strictly classic French fare. Overall, Bistronomic delivers on service and atmosphere, and the menu offers a fresh, imaginative take on French-inspired cuisine. We easily spent time in the bar. The drinks were also great. I Highly recommend the beef and the desserts. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
