My daughter and I ordered a birthday ice cream cake that she was really excited about. However, when it was time to pick it up, we found out that the cake wasn’t made. We won’t be returning again.
The main correction to this information is that this place is a Donkin Donuts and I don't see here any Basking-Robbins sign, so maybe Basking-Robbins is inside the Donkin Donuts. Good place for my smoothies and iced coffee. With tables inside to have a seat and enjoy your smoothie, milkshake or coffee. All spring and summer you can get a refreshing drink right here. I'm doing that also at China Town…being the best at China Town. For the natural fruit used for their flavors.
The wait was10 minutes long in the drive threw. There was only one person doing the drive threw. The other workers where cleaning and not helping at the drive threw. The young man was taking orders and making them as well, by him self. Something must change. Bad wait so bad service.
Poor customer service, those girls are rude always with attitude, oh they don’t even wear gloves!!!
