I ordered my food through the app for immediate pickup. I got a sausage and cheese wrap along with a maple bacon wrap. Unfortunately, the cheese in the wrap was burned, and the tortilla was overcooked. Some of the bacon was cold and excessively greasy. I would return it, but I only have a 30-minute lunch break. I plan to speak with the owner about this employee's behavior and also to report the incident to Dunkin' corporate. It seems he could benefit from some serious customer service training, especially when people are trying to do something kind. It's disheartening to think that I couldn't even purchase food for someone in need without facing hostility. I've noticed that this kind of behavior can be common, which is concerning. I also observed him being rude to other customers. I will make sure to bring this to the attention of Dunkin' corporate so that they can investigate.

For some reason, I can't recall the young cashier's name. I believe he mentioned it was either Abraham or Muhammad—something like that. I do think that $1.89 for a donut is a bit steep. However, I was pleased to spot a "2 for $2" deal on the register, so I took advantage of it.

Went in at 1 am. Kitchen was closed. I asked, why is the kitchen closed when all you do is heat up food. Worker said “I don’t do that “. I don’t think this location should be 24 hrs. Terrible.
