Nestled in the vibrant neighborhood of Pilsen, Azul 18 offers a diverse brunch menu that delights many patrons. Diners rave about dishes like chilaquiles, pork belly hash, and their refreshing orange-carrot juice. While the atmosphere is generally praised as clean and inviting, some have noted service inconsistencies and certain disappointing food experiences. Signature items like Eggs Benedict and French toast received high marks, particularly for their flavor combinations. Despite occasional minor drawbacks, visitors appreciate the familial service and the restaurant’s commitment to a memorable dining experience. Azul 18 has become a go-to destination for breakfast enthusiasts in Chicago.
Our large party had a great experience with the server who provided excellent service. Definitely recommend this restaurant!
I rate the short ribs chilaquiles a 6 out of 10. The coffee was disappointing, but the food was decent. The service, on the other hand, was exceptional - a perfect 10 out of 10. The attentive and caring servers made the overall experience enjoyable.
The food was incredible!!! Definitely one of the best Mexican meals I have ever had! After landing at Midway and checking into my hotel, I took an Uber to the restaurant. The CHILAQUILES con huevos had an amazing flavor that I absolutely loved!
Sat outside for saturday brunch, it was a good experience. I had the fried chicken sandwhich, it wasnt very good but thats my mistake for ordering fried chicken at a mexican restaurant. My girlfriend had the chipotle chicken wrap and it was fantastic. Her friend got the burrito and it was also amazing. Reasonable prices and good service. We will be back and ill be smarter about my order next time.
