Location is good, but I prefer to stay away from Michigan Ave.

There is a lot of road noise (honking and... read more The room was extremely small, much smaller than the photos made it seem. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. There is a lot of road noise (honking and sirens) that can be heard in the room all night long. If you have a car, parking is $60 a night.

The beds didn’t even have fitted sheets on them, they had a m... read more There were multiple stains on the carpets and blankets of the bed. The rooms were incredibly tiny. The beds didn’t even have fitted sheets on them, they had a mattress pad and a loose sheet tucked into the mattress which kept sliding off of the bottom corners. It took the hotel 3 days to take out our payment after check out. The front desk was rude and rushing at check in. Seems like a lot of hassle for what it’s priced.

Valet kept rushing me while I was tryna get my stuff and put it in my hotel room. The room was extremely small and had a creepy door in the inside like someone can get in. Valet was extremely rude and was all about money. Kept following me while I was tryna unpack. Gave me a hard time even when I asked for my car back they took forever to bring me back my Mercedes and when I got in my car my radio was glitching and touching things by itself so I know valet was in my car touching things. Some of my quarters was missing as well. Nothing but junkies around the hotel and crazy people in the inside. Stay away

Everything is absolutely clean, the receptionists and especially the housekeeping are attentive and kind. We stayed on the 24th floor. The room was large and well equipped. It is located in the heart of the magnificient milen, which is in the best walking distsnce to all attractions and shopping.
