Location is good, but I prefer to stay away from Michigan Ave.

It's right on the Magnificent Mile and offers excellent value for mon... read more I knew this hotel was centrally located, but I didn't fully appreciate it until I arrived. It's right on the Magnificent Mile and offers excellent value for money, making it ideal for budget travelers. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the hotel itself is charming. The only drawback was the noisy air conditioner, which we also encountered in other hotels during our vacation.

There is a lot of road noise (honking and sirens) that can be heard in the room all night long. If you have a car, parking is $60 a night.

The beds didn’t even have fitted sheets on them, they had a m... read more There were multiple stains on the carpets and blankets of the bed. The rooms were incredibly tiny. The beds didn’t even have fitted sheets on them, they had a mattress pad and a loose sheet tucked into the mattress which kept sliding off of the bottom corners. It took the hotel 3 days to take out our payment after check out. The front desk was rude and rushing at check in. Seems like a lot of hassle for what it’s priced.
