T... read more We never have issues coming here. Everything is great. Today though, we ordered a large orange cream shake to share. Weren't told there's one size. No biggie. Then we find a piece of mold on the whip cream. I'm assuming it's from the nozzles. After that, we open the bag to get our fries (can't have an orange cream shake without fries) and see that not only were we given the bottom of the barrel fries. Burnt, crispy tiny pieces, but the container was BARELY half full. Really disappointed. Especially being 7 months pregnant with a craving for this specific item. Will try to give this location a second chance before having to wait a year for the shake to come back.

This happen... read more I had a frustrating experience at the drive-thru. It took 15 minutes for the staff to return my card, and now I'm seeing unauthorized charges on it. This happened on June 21, 2022, around 3:39 PM with a young, slender black employee taking care of my order. The only other person involved was a heavier gentleman who prepared my lemonade. That was the only time my card was out of my possession. Please be cautious!

I recently had the rueben (which I have had before) and it was delicious. Tried their new rib sandwich and omg amazing! The jamocha shake, best ever, andtheir curly fries speak for themselves. I think people need to develop their own opinion as opposed to jumping on the Arby 's isnasty bandwagon. Of course everyone has their opinion and it may not be for everyone, but don 't knock it til you try it!Chicken bacon swiss is great too and the beef and cheddar..but honestly everything I 've ever had has been great.
