Just as we were leaving, she finally brought our drinks and asked if we were leaving. We politely confirmed, and she shrugged and walked away. This was disappointing because my little one wanted to celebrate her birthday here, and we ended up having to settle for Taco Bell instead. Overall, the long wait times were frustrating, especially since the restaurant wasn’t that busy. The service seemed hit or miss. I wouldn’t recommend bringing small children as the long wait could be really tough. The value of the food is good, though, and I wouldn't discourage anyone from visiting—just avoid that waitress. The other staff members were quite nice.

I placed an order online for pickup and provided the server with the order number, but they had no idea what my order included. To make matters worse, they didn’t answer the phone!
