The emphasis here is clearly... read more This is a cozy, laid-back neighborhood restaurant. It’s located on a corner, but the lack of big signage makes it easy to overlook. The emphasis here is clearly on the food rather than the decor. We visited for a Mother's Day brunch, and while the service was a bit slow, it was definitely worth the wait. The pancakes were golden, fluffy, and had crispy edges. The breakfast tacos featured excellent chorizo, and the waffles were cooked to perfection. We also sampled a few different types of French toast, with the tiger flavor being our favorite. Unfortunately, we couldn't try them all due to some being out of stock, likely because of the busy Mother’s Day crowd.

My son absolutely loved the breakfast tacos, while my husband enjoyed a meat lovers omelette with hash browns cooked just the way he likes them. We went on Mother’s Day, and it was clear that they were busier than expected. It seemed like everyone was pitching in, both in the front and back of the house, to serve customers efficiently. I was particularly impressed by their table-side ordering and payment system via phone.

That was the extent of the ser... read more We waited for about 20 minutes before someone finally came over and informed us that we needed to scan a code to place our order. That was the extent of the service we received. Our food arrived at different times and was cold and dry. We had to ask multiple times for utensils and drinks, which we had initially requested at the beginning, before they were finally brought out to us. The table behind us waited over an hour for their food and eventually left in frustration. We are not hard to please, but I felt compelled to leave this review. This was not how we wanted to spend our Mother's Day. We are extremely disappointed and do not recommend this restaurant.
