Horrible service experience. Other patrons that arrived after us were served while we were not checked on or served.
We always feel welcomed when we stay at this restaurant. Checking in was quick and easy. Our room was clean and beautiful with amazing views. Michael at Amuse is always attentive and handles multiple customers effortlessly and professionally. Cedric in valet is a joy to interact with, always having a smile and kind words for us. He even went the extra mile to personally retrieve our car on our last day and parked it perfectly so we wouldn't get wet in the rain. We can't wait to come back for our next visit!
This restaurant is fantastic in every aspect - from the charming room and cozy bed to the stunning lobby perfect for gatherings. The food is delicious, and the service is friendly, with a special shout-out to Cedric at Valet. I highly recommend this place for your next trip to Chicago!
The Swissotel exceeded my expectations considering the price point. The top floor fitness center was the best I have ever seen in a hotel. Room 2907 boasts amazing city views, facing the Wrigley building. With the right lighting, you can see the Navy Pier and morning sunrise on the glass exterior walls of the building next door. The unique triangle design of the building ensures that just about all rooms have good views.
I had an amazing stay during the AERA Conference in April 2023. In addition to my top shelf room being perfect, the customer service both when I was checking in and checking out was top tier. What completely put the icing on the cake was the valet driver, Mr. Cedric! Not only did he take really good care of my vehicle, but he was super friendly and went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of personally. I asked him for directions to the nearest gas station as I was heading home, and he gave me the PERFECT directions! For someone who gets lost so easily, it was so appreciated. Mr. Cedric was a breath of fresh air and cherry on top to my stay!
