I felt like I was being charged for a massive, multi tiered wedding cake. The decorations alone cost a fortune $855! The cake itself was decent price like 160 but 855 to decorate it was crazy

I had an awful experience today. I found a very long hair in an almond croissant, and just a minute later, I discovered another hair in a different cookie. The lounge area is closed, and to make matters worse, there were a lot of flies around the baked goods during the warm weather. I won't be returning.

That’s the 5th year I order my daughter birthday cakes from there, never had a problem, until today. Uploaded image to the website as I usually do, paid for the cake (over $200) and came to pick it up to find out that it was decorated differently, VERY disappointed. Talked to the manager to find out that they cannot fix it and he will not do any discounts for a cake I don’t want. I understand mistakes happens but really not happy with your customer service
