Do yourself a favor and read a few articles regarding the previous owners, the Looneys. Distasteful is what you call those gaining on other's losses.

I was part of a great rock 'n roll cover band in the early 90s and we were scheduled to perform at this establishment. We had a confirmed contract, promoted the gig, and provided posters to the Abbey three weeks prior to our show. However, when we arrived 90 minutes before our set to set up and sound-check, we found another band already performing. It turned out they were paid less than what we were contracted for. After showing our signed contract to Mrs. Looney, we decided not to play that night. We pursued legal action and three months later, we were compensated triple damages plus punitive damages. Was it really worth it to save a few hundred dollars?
